Our technical team have handled the recruitment process in IBM right from Hiring Transformation, Candidate Selection Management & Recruitment Panellist/Interviewer.
We do check the authenticity of the candidates through LinkedIn.
We charge a fee of just 2% of a candidate's annual salary for experienced candidates, and for Freshers we just charge INR 5K per candidate.
Our trainers are hands-on practicing software professionals from the industry, with over 20+ years of experience in the industry, and they design our courses to be completely industry-oriented.
We provide an industry-standard approach to software training, encompassing all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle. Our courses are designed to cater to individual corporate needs, and we work closely with industry experts to understand their requirements and develop courses to train or upskill individuals specific to industry needs.
We partner with colleges, NGOs, and governments to provide trained workforces to the industry to help them achieve greater efficiencies. Our end goal is to ensure that the industry has a ready, trained, re-skilled/ up-skilled workforce with zero to minimal training requirement post project on-boarding.
We are pleased to offer a proposed course structure for a CORE JAVA and DB short-term course.. Our course is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the fundamentals of Java, including data structures, relational databases, and UI design basics. Our course is also designed to provide participants with hands-on experience working with databases, JDBC, and Java Swing.
We have experienced and trained trainers to provide corporate training depending on the requirement for both Freshers and Experienced resources.
